Business Analyst will be responsible for researching, loading, extracting, analyzing, modeling, comparing and presenting a wide array of operations performance and business data covering our customers, websites and our operations.

The primary responsibility of the position entails

i) preparing and loading data from numerous disparate sources into our internal database. 

ii) maintaining the data loading process

iii) structuring our database and presentation to increase our efficiency.

iv) Designing, generating and interpreting reports and working with our sales and site and technology team to enhance our operations.

Responsibilities will include:

• Scanning International News Reports and websites related to our industries.
  
• Managing and maintaining the data loading process
  
• Running and refining models and analyzing results to increase our sales, improve our efficiency
  
• Analyzing Operations data for trends and developing forecasting models.
  
• Facilitating and participating in meetings to discuss, review and refine analysis of our Buyers, Websites and Partners.
  
• Documenting Operations reporting methodologies and procedures
  
• Creating processes to ensure the data quality of reported information and improve the efficiency of our operations.
  
• Studying and improving our online sales efforts including newsletters.
  

Job Requirements

• Ability to load data from a variety of sources and maintain the loading process
  
• Ability to extract data and create routine and customize reports, dashboards, graphs.
• Ability to collate and synthesize information.
  
• Well developed Internet search skills and browsing skills.
  
• Demonstrable analytical and problem solving skills
  
• Ability to contribute to multiple projects/demands simultaneously
  
• Excellent communication skills
  
• Ability to integrate research and best practices into benchmarking and forecasting reports and models
  
• Ability to work with disparate data sources
  
• Demonstrable documentation and data QA capabilities
  
• Ability to exercise independent judgement in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results

• First Class Bachelors degree  from a reputed Indian University.
  
• Minimum of 2+ years related experience
  
• Adept at SQL and Access
  
• Sound skills in Excel and PowerPoint
