Internships We want the best interns and we selectively recruit undergraduate interns in second or third year of a Bachelor's program. Strong interpersonal skills, persuasive written and oral communication skills, understanding of business concepts and a solid, working knowledge of Excel are required. College work in e-commerce and/or software development will be a plus. Our interns work in a challenging and high impact role and on real projects with clearly defined expectations. You will get deep and broad experience in a short amount of time as you invent things that work in the real world. You will be expected to apply your sharp analytical and entrepreneurial skills.
